Gail is, quite simply, the best there is. We've worked with her on several purchases and sales in different Denver neighborhoods. With each transaction, she listened carefully to our goals, concerns, and priorities, and made valuable suggestions for things we hadn't considered. gail also has an extensive network of great contractors, inspectors, landscapers, photographers, mortgage brokers, and more who love working with her and do top-notch work for her clients. she's truly a one stop shop for anything you could ever need in buying or selling a home. Last, and perhaps mort importantly, Gail is a strong advocate for her clients. She goes to bat for you on even the smallest of details and makes you feel like you're her only client. We are hard-to-please clients and we LOVE Gail. We would never dream of using a different agent.

It's a pleasure to recommend Gail Wheeler, an outstanding realtor, who has worked with us both as a selling and buying agent. We recently moved from Boston to Denver. Gail worked with us for at least 6 months while we were still on the east coast. She listened carefully, responded to every question and at our request, showed us through several properties via FACETIME. We knew that we could rely on her to act on our behalf from the offer through to the closing. She ensured a smooth transition until we were able to move in 2 months later.
It's stressful whether buying or selling your home. But in both cases, we felt confident knowing that Gail truly represented us, knew what was important to us, and consistently looked out for our best interests.

Gail made the sale of my home effortless. She provided expert guidance from staging the home to negotiating and was a steady had all the way to closing. I can't see how the entire process could have been made easier. Gail gets my highest recommendations.

We have known Gail since she sold our little duplex in Park Hill 15 years ago. we found her name, no referral, no reviews, just contacted her. I was nervous about having her come because I had never sold a house before, but Gail, in her relaxed way, was able to immediately put me as ease. She was friendly, funny and direct. She worked with confidence and had our house sold within a week of listing. On the flip side, she worked diligently to help us find our next home, which would meet the needs of our now blended family. It was not an easy job, especially taking the kids around with us, but she made it fun.
Fifteen years later, Gail has done it again. I had actually contacted her a year before we decided to move because I was ready, but my husband was not. Even though we were not ready to take action, she gave us time and information to help us along our journey. Never once in that time following did she contact us to try to get us to hurry our process along or "encourage" us. she left us alone to do the exploration we needed to do on our own. At the time, we were exploring areas in Denver that were much closer to my husband's work near DTC. She seemed to know that this is what we needed to do because we ended up totally switching what we wanted a year later. We had contact with Gail as a friend, but she never took advantage of that relationship to do business.
Once we contacted Gail and told her we wanted to move to Evergreen she was excited for us, but I'm sure she knew this was going to be a big job because of the distance. However, she did not miss a thing from helping me get to know the area to the final signature of closing. She stuck with us throughout and there were several bumps in the road. There were issues that probably could have been glossed over just to get the sale and purchase done, but not Gail! She advocated for us day and night (which I mean literally). She kept in constant communication with us and both realtors. We could call her anytime with concerns. My husband is a very detailed and thorough and he saw EVERYTHING in the house, attending inspections and following up personally on every repair. Gail was present for any of those that he requested her to even though it was a significant distance for her to travel. When she wasn't she was very accessible. Gail made sure that this was the house we wanted to live in for the next 15 years or more as well.
On the business end of it, she is a wealth of knowledge in her field, had man resources for all your needs, was available for questions and made things happen in a timely manner. This was not necessarily andy easy task because our sellers lived in North Carolina and her realtor was out of the country on vacation for 2-3 weeks when we were negotiating, not always accessible for time sensitive matters.
Gail worked with us on our home in Denver to make sure we did not put unnecessary money into it just to raise the price. She helped re-arrance furniture and gave good advice on the rearranging of rooms in order to help interested buyers see the potential of the house for them. We had lived there a long time with 6 children and a couple of dogs. We had gotten pretty cozy so I really needed that support in feeling like it was still the great house from when we bought 15 years previously. She was successful and sold the house the day it listed for asking price!! I believe both of the home Gail sold for us presented many challenges, but she was able to sell both quickly even though each sale was a different economic time. For this second house, there were some issues in the negotiations, but Gail always seemed to have a good solution for our "road blocks" and we were happy at closing.
We are now very happily settled into our new home. I do not want to move anytime soon, but in the case that we would move again, I would call Gail in a heartbeat. Since our new home meets all our needs, she may be retired if the idea of moving ever comes up again! (In that case, I hope she is mentoring someone!!!)
